Daibiru Corporation (hereafter, "the Company") has set down the following regarding the attitude and behaviors to be observed in the operation of its official social media accounts.

    This policy establishes the attitudes and behaviors that the Company's officers and employees should observe in order to build favorable communications with our customers through social media.

    Social media in this policy refers to such internet-based media services as X, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, among others, where one can deliver personal information that can be viewed by any number of users and which can also be used to communicate with those users, among others.

    Self-Awareness and Responsibility in Using Social Media
    1. (1)When transmitting information over the internet, we always recognize that it is possible for large numbers of unspecified users to access it easily and instantaneously.
    2. (2)We recognize fully that the information each and every person disseminates will be subject to recognition, discussion, and criticism, and will have considerable impact.
    3. (3)In disseminating information, we will strictly comply with laws and regulations, the Daibiru Group Code of Conduct, and the internal regulations that the Company has set down.

    Approach When Using Social Media
    1. (1)We will remember to be attentive and respectful in listening to what our customers have to say.
    2. (2)We are responsible in disseminating information and in responding, and try not to cause misunderstanding or distress to our customers.
    3. (3)We strive to disseminate truthful and accurate information.
    4. (4)Transmissions regarding content that contains private or personal information will be disseminated in compliance with laws and regulations, as well as the internal rules of the Company.
    5. (5)We understand that once information has been made public, it cannot be completely deleted and will remain permanently.

    Compliance with Laws and Regulations
    1. (1)We will observe all laws and regulations. In particular, we will not conduct acts that infringe upon copyrights, trademark rights, portrait rights, honor due to slander, and other rights.
    2. (2)We will undertake appropriate security management measures and strive to continually improve them so that personal information is handled appropriately in accordance with this policy and with our Personal Information Protection Guidelines.
    3. (3)In addition to this policy, we will formulate internal regulations regarding the use of social media.

    Guidance for and Requests to Customers
    1. (1)When using the Company's official social media accounts and associated services, please refer to terms of use for each social media service.
    2. (2)Due to the characteristic features of social media, the information disseminated there does not necessarily represent official views.
      With regard to the dissemination of the Company's formal announcements and views, that information is announced on the Company's website, through press releases, and the like.
    3. (3)We may quote from the opinions and comments that we have received, and they may be used by the Company in future activities, marketing, and the like.
    4. (4)The methods for communicating (how to reply, response times, etc.) differ depending on the account. For details, please refer to the profile and other information on the official account. Furthermore, the Company is under no obligation to reply, and depending on the comment a user has made to an account, the Company may delete a comment if it deems the comment to be inappropriate.
