While carrying on the design of the former building on this site to interweave Daibiru's century-long history, this office building is in line with the present and the future too. It employs CO2-free electricity and has a 30-hour emergency power generator. As well as providing office space with a standard floor area of approximately 1,300 m², the building has excellent communal facilities, including a convenience store, cafeteria, and rental conference rooms.
