In 1923, the Daibiru Group started as a pioneer in the Japanese office building leasing industry in Nakanoshima, Osaka.

For a century since its foundation, Daibiru has continued to supply society with ideal office buildings geared to the needs of the era, while overcoming many adversities in the turbulent Japanese economy and maintaining a steady financial structure to achieve stable growth.

The Daibiru Group has received support from many tenants, who have shown their trust and fondness towards Daibiru, and possesses the inherited spirit of those who came before us building our history to meet the demands of the times which is still alive today.
