3. Acquiring a Partial Interest in the Otemon Tower / ENEOS Building

In the Otemachi area, following the acquisition of Otemachi 1st Square, Daibiru acquired a partial interest (trust beneficiary rights) in the Otemon Tower / ENEOS Building in March 2023. Not only did this property enjoy excellent transportation convenience, being within walking distance of JR Tokyo Station with a direct connection to Tokyo Metro Otemachi Station, but it was also located near the Otemon Gate of the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace with an outstanding view of the Imperial Palace. Together with neighboring buildings, they form the Otemachi Hotoria district, where initiatives related to coexistence with nature are being implemented.

The equity ratio in this property is equivalent to 14.6% (land: approx. 1,006 m2; total floor area: approx. 15,105 m2).
