5. Establishing Our Management Philosophy and Mission Statement

In April 2007, in conjunction with the establishment of the company’s medium-term management plan, Daibiru-3D Project Phase I, Daibiru established a Management Philosophy, Mission Statement, and Group Code of Conduct.

Management Philosophy

Constructing Buildings, Creating Towns,
and Pioneering the Era

We the Daibiru Group are pioneering a new era
through building construction
by creating highly enriching office spaces
and neighborhoods that bustle with activity,
always keeping our fingers on the pulse of the times.

We have established a Mission Statement consisting of the following items:

  • Provide office spaces and environments that earn the trust and loyalty of our clients.
  • Increase corporate value together with clients.
  • Create beautiful urban landscapes and refined spaces.

Additionally, we have formulated a Group Code of Conduct consisting of the following seven items:

  • Good corporate citizenship
  • Compliance with laws and regulations
  • Fair disclosure
  • Commitment to environmental issues
  • Contributing to society
  • Respect for human rights
  • A corporate culture that encourages independent thinking
