A building management company is launched in Osaka.

O.S.K. Lines became one of Japan’s top shipping companies.
In order to relocate its cramped head office to a new location in the heart of Osaka,
it began construction of a building with joint investment from Ujigawa Electric Power Co., Ltd. and Nippon Electric Power Co., Ltd.
This was the beginning of Osaka Building.
